Develops and organizes Therapeutic Recreation programming for assigned residences. Creates and implements developmental and age-appropriate in unit recreation activities. Coordinates with clients as well as staff in creating a therapeutic outing schedule on a monthly basis. Communicates with assigned building management staff in all issues regarding Recreation. Participates as an active member of the Bi-Annual Team meetings when applicable. Offers training to direct care staff in how to conduct activities.
Seeking experience Benefit Administrator to handle the operations of benefits programs including group health, dental, vision short-term and long-term disability, life insurance critical illness, and accident insurance along with the 403(b) plan. Provide excellent customer service both with organization and to outside vendors.

Corporate Controller Salary: $175,000.00
Be part of something important: The Corporate Controller is a senior leader of the Woods (www.woods.org) finance team that supports our overall mission. Core responsibilities include leadership of financial reporting and analysis for Woods and its affiliated organizations with total revenue of $400 million, team direction and coordination, general ledger governance, audit facilitation, and treasury management. Leads the animal therapy programs as assigned.
Under direct supervision of the Nurse Manager, provides skilled nursing care to the individuals on their caseload as well as comprehensive coordination of health care for those individuals. Nurse Navigator will also serve as the first point of contact for families, agencies, and the interdisciplinary team.
The physical therapy aide will assist the therapists as support staff via technical and clerical tasks as well as assist when needed to ensure client safety and flow of treatment sessions.

As a member of the Revenue Cycle Team, the Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely billing of services, to PA and NJ Medicaid and School Payers. Posting of payments, verification of authorizations, claims resolution and accounts receivable follow-up of outstanding balances.
