Woods Services, located in Langhorne, PA, provides residential, educational, and community based services to children and adults with a variety of disabilities. Behavior Therapists provide behavior analytic services to small caseloads of clients who exhibit challenging behaviors in the residential, school, and community settings. Applicants should have experience with conducting functional behavior assessments, behavior support plan development, administering criterion-referenced assessment tools, and staff/parent training.
This position plays a key role in shaping students’ futures by mentoring small groups of students, reviewing material with one-on-one with students, providing instructional support activities to students that are designed by the teacher, collecting assessment data and supervising the academic work of students. The position will also assist in preparing curriculum materials, grading papers, and tracking attendance.
This position provides Clubhouse facilitation services to persons with acquired brain injury by assisting Members to work productively in one of five Clubhouse Work Units (Culinary & Nutrition, Communications, Community Resources, Horticulture, and Maintenance). As part of the transdisciplinary team, helps design and implement interventions from the Individual Rehab Service Plan that will lead to successful productive daily activity for every Member of the Clubhouse. Responsible for supervision, safety, and welfare of assigned Members at all times.
The work unit coordinator for the Culinary & Nutrition Work Unit will specifically be responsible for the operations of the Clubhouse’s licensed commercial kitchen and dining area. This work unit coordinator is also responsible for supervising Clubhouse Members from the Culinary & Nutrition Work Unit on trips to local stores to purchase groceries and kitchen supplies used for cooking/baking/preparing food.
Provides comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals in various settings, including residential, school, community, and home. BCBAs provide high quality services in the areas of functional behavioral assessment, positive behavior support plan development, verbal behavior assessment, replacement skills training, consultation, and staff training. Is responsible for teaching concepts and skills in foods and nutrition, clothing and textiles, home management, family relationships, and consumer education to secondary pupils; utilizing courses of study adopted by the Board of Education, and other appropriate learning activities.

The Structured Day Program Coordinator - Float provides facilitation of services to persons with acquired brain injury by assisting Members to actively participate in the InSPIRE Structured Day Program or to work productively in one of five Clubhouse Work Units (Communications, Community Resources, Culinary & Nutrition, Horticulture, and Maintenance). As part of the transdisciplinary team, helps design and implement interventions from the Individual Rehab Service Plan that will lead to successful productive daily activity for every Member of the Clubhouse and InSPIRE. Responsible for supervision, safety, and welfare of assigned Members at all times. The Float Coordinator provides coverage for one of the Clubhouse Work Unit Coordinators or InSPIRE Program Coordinators who are absent from programming. Responsible for supervision, safety, and welfare of assigned Members at all times. Plans, implements and monitors service delivery and ensures high quality services and compliance with regulations and standard practices.
